SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
All products are shipped within 7/14 Business Day(s). The goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours of completed products and during regular working days (Monday-Friday).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Exchanges are allowed within 10 days of recieving the package. If you received a different hair color or a wrong product, you can send it back unopened. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot take back opened products. Exchanges ONLY, no returns or refunds.
